Plumbing Dudes is a connection platform that connects customers with independent, licensed plumbers nationwide. We are not a plumbing service provider.

By accessing and using the Plumbing Dudes platform, you accept and agree to be bound by the terms and provision of this agreement. If you do not agree to abide by the above, please do not use this service.

• We connect you with local plumbers across all 50 states
• We do not employ plumbers directly
• Independent contractors provide actual services
• All work is performed by licensed, insured professionals

As a user of our platform, you agree to:

• Provide accurate information about your service needs
• Use the service lawfully and respectfully
• Meet payment obligations as agreed with service providers
• Allow reasonable access for service completion

Our connection process works as follows:

• Submit your service request through our platform
• We connect you with qualified local plumbers
• Cancellations must be made at least 2 hours before scheduled service
• No-show fees may apply as determined by the service provider

Plumbing Dudes acts solely as a connection platform. We do not guarantee specific outcomes and are not liable for the quality of work performed by independent contractors. Any disputes regarding service quality should be resolved directly with the service provider.

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Plumbing Dudes from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from your use of the platform or your interactions with service providers.

Your privacy is important to us. Please review our Privacy Policy, which also governs your use of the platform, to understand our practices.

Plumbing Dudes reserves the right to modify these terms at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting. Your continued use of the platform constitutes acceptance of any modifications.

These terms and conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United States. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in the United States.
